Keith Friedlander, PhD (He / Him) is a comics scholar, college instructor, and research administrator at Olds College in Alberta, Canada. He is a published scholar and former President of the Canadian Society for the Study of Comics. In addition to researching the creative labour of comic professionals, he also writes about representations of sexuality and gender in superhero comics. He lives in Calgary with his wife and two polydactyl cats.
